Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Fitri

Finally...Hari Raya is just around the corner. In a couple of days time, all Muslims will celebrate this grand meaningful occasion. In fact, most Malaysians will celebrate it without prejudice. Very well, I believe my dear students are currently busy helping their parents and families for this special occasion. Indeed, you all are just done with your recent UPSR, aren't you? Hence, this coming Hari Raya should be regarded as a break after a hard day's work. Be proper in every way despite your desire to enjoy every single minute of the day. What to remember most is you all still have commitments when lessons resume after the Hari Raya break. Learning and acquiring knowledge is a journey, is an on-going process. Neither it's a destination nor it is a terminal. So guys, make sure you are conscious of what's going to take place in months and years to come. As far as I am concerned, I wish you good luck, best in everything you do and may you triumph in your UPSR, insyallah.

Q2B : Buying An Electronic Dictionary

I would choose Bestari electronic dictionary because I feel this merchandise would probably be the best for me compared to the other two items. As I am a student who loves language studies, I think this dictionary would benefit much as it has lots of unique features to assist me in getting the right and accurate translations.
Being sold at RM400.00, I think the price is quite realistic as it guarantees longevity. In a way, I could still utilise this device during my secondary and tertiary education level.

Given an Oxford Dictionary as a gift, this is very much appreciated because I could give it to my sister as currently she is in Year 5 and doesn't have one. I believe this dictionary could help in her studies.

This gadget, as a matter of fact uses both AC and DC current. Meaning to say, I have choices on how to operate it. If I'm in school, I could have the batteries ready and if I'm at home, I could operate it using the current.

Last but not least, this item is available at all leading stores such as Jusco, IOI Mall and Parkson Grand. As the town is quite adjacent to my home, perhaps I could ask my father to buy one for me. I believe my father would not hesitate to buy one for me because he had promised me such an item if I scored with flying colours in my mid-year examination. Indeed, I did.

Based on the above discourse, I am convinced choosing Bistari electronic dictionary is a wise decision. I also believe this device is able to cater my language learning needs.

Q3 : Helping A Poor Woman At A Bus Station

Hari Raya Puasa is a joyous occasion for all Muslims. Basically, it is celebrated for the whole month of Syawal. As the festival draws near, urbanites would make their pilgrimage to their hometowns to be with parents, relatives and old friends.
Last weekend, Faizul was at the bus station. He wanted to go back to his hometown in Pasir Gudang to celebrate Hari Raya Puasa with his family and relatives, expected to fall on the 22nd of September. By coincident, he had a week break so he might as well return to his hometown during the holiday break. He was on cloud nine.
As he was queueing to board the bus, he saw an old woman carrying a basket of vegetables trying to board the same bus as he did. He then, at the drop of a hat, held the basket and assisted the poor old woman to get into the bus. Eventually, the old woman managed to be in the bus.
In the bus, Faizul led the woman to a vacant seat. As good luck would have it, there two seats. Faizul sat next to the woman. They had a friendly chat. The woman thanked Faizul and owed him a debt of gratitude for his benignity. As a matter of fact, she was proud of Faizul who had been so considerate.
At last, the bus arrived at the Pasir Gudang bus station. Faizul got down from the bus to get his parents who had already been waiting for him. He shared his experience with his parents and truly his parents were so proud of him, as proud as a peacock.

Q2B - Choosing A Game - Monopoly

The school holidays are around the corner. You plan to buy a game to play with your friends during the holidays. Which game would you choose? Give reasons.

I would purchase Game Set 1 because I feel Monopoly would possibly be the best and most interesting game for me and perhaps for my friends. We cannot deny the fact that this is one of the popular games and is enjoyed by many especially children like me.

Being able to be played by 3 to 7 children simultaneously, this is an advantage compared to the other games. As I have many friends who want to play this game, then none of us would have to wait.

Being sold at RM100.00, despite it is quite expensive, it's still worth to purchase one as the quality is guaranteed. With colourful board and illustrations plus other game accessories such as the drawing cards and dices, I believe it would sustain our interest and enjoyment.

Last but not least, this game is easily available at all major supermarkets. Well, do you think I really have problems in getting one when supermarkets are abundant nowadays ?

Based on the evidence mentioned above, I see no reason at all why I should not purchase Game Set 1. I am convinced my friends and I would have great enjoyment and pleasance when we play this game during the school holidays.
