Getting 48 ...

Salam and hi to everyone who knows me ...
Today is 22nd Nov 2009. Frankly speaking, today is my birthday. I am 48 years old. Gee.... how time flies so fast. I thought it was just yesterday when I left my primary school. Perhaps I spend no time at all looking at my watch or clock. It's true indeed when you are too engrossed with tasks and life assignments, you wouldn't bother much about your age increament and personal commitments. However, I'm still thankful with what I am now.
Well, since the first day me joining the teaching profession in 1982, I've basically been teaching for the past 28 years. Pejam celik pejam celik, tak sedar yer.... On reaching 56 years old, I would have another eight years. It's still a long way to go. I just hope I'm still healthy and can afford to face various challenges. I just hope I could still bring simple meaningful innovations in my teaching profession. Yeah, I know it's not easy but wouldn't it be better to give a try rather than watching others making changes?
Oppss... it's almost noon. Gotta go dear. Got 5 wedding invitations.

A Success To Appreciate ....

Salam again and hi to my students of 6A1 and 6A2, not forgetting to those from other classes plus those who used to follow my blog.
Yesterday, the 19th of Nov 2009 was the day when every single student who has sat for the UPSR recently waited for the result announcement to be made by the Headmaster. Yeah, finally everyone had theirs. Allow me to share the joy with you all who have scored straight A's. Congratulations as you too have fared well in the English paper. Indeed, your consistent effort was paid off. I just hope you keep on doing well in your future studies. Believe in yourself that had you not give up, you shall always gain success.
At the same time, to those who were unable to get straight A's, don't be sad. It's not the ending of everything. You still stand for equal chance just like the others to get a better learning opportunity. So, tell yourselves that you want to change right now so that you can be better than before if only you could not be the best.
Till then, morning.

Cya l8er.

Thursday, 19th November 2009

Salam and hi to all, particularly to my diligent students from 6A1 and 6A2. Not forgetting those from other classes and schools who know me in any way.
It has been quite a long time since I last wrote my post. I must apologise as I am indeed still busy with unfinished tasks even there are still some accomplishments. However, I must thank God for bestowing me with proper health and strength despite me still suffering from hypertension and diabetes.
As many know, tomorrow is the 19th of November, the day when the UPSR result will be announced. Everyone predicts, everybody anticipates for the best including me. Nevertheless, there will always be unexpected results to come up. Unexpected results could be pleasant and vice-versa. Well, to those who have striven for the best, then just expect for the best. Avoid being kinda prejudice upon the up-coming result. We have done our job and let Allah does the rest.
Prior to tomorrow's event, I wish to congratulate those who score with flying colours. To those who manage to pass in all subjects, you too deserve my compliments. To the rest who are unable to perform well, do not feel so sad. After all, it is not the end of everything, is it?

Cya later guys.
All the best.
